Under the Direction of Barb McLeod, the Clerk’s Office is responsible for the statutory duties of the Municipal Clerk, including the Vital Statistics Act, Marriage Act, Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act; management of Township’s records; municipal elections; by-law enforcement; and acts as secretariat to Council. 

 

The Clerk, Deputy Clerk, Director of Finance and the Mayor are designated as Commissioners of Oaths and the service is available to any resident in the Township free of charge.
