Birthday Club
Join us for this new special series where we will celebrate all of the birthdays of the month. Come if it's your birthday or to celebrate everyone else's. Treats and coffee will be provided and you are welcome to bring cards or gifts for the birthday individuals if you wish.
Book Club Discussion
Join us on December 18 as we discuss Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery and receive our next book for January. Book sets are provided through the Region of Waterloo Library and are distributed to members every month. Drop by the Active Living Centre for a more information and to register for upcoming books!
Canva 101
This special series is all about learning how to use the online tool Canva! Join us with your laptop or tablet if you prefer (although laptop is best) and learn how to create different designs and projects for your own personal use with others! No registration is required.
Coffee Club
Drop in for coffee, tea and treats weekday mornings at no charge. This program can occur during other morning programs (e.g. Billiards).
Colouring Club
Come and connect with friends new and old as we relax through colouring adult colouring books. We provide the colouring pages, just bring yourself! No registration required.
Congregate Dining Program
Please join us on December 19th for a delicious meal of Coleslaw, Turkey and Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, Dressing, Turnip, Cherry Cheesecake, Tea & Coffee. Nutcracker Ornaments - Come and make some cute nutcracker ornaments to gift yourself or family and friends for the tree or window!
Gingerbread House Gift Bags and Homemade Decorative Bows - Join us as we jazz up plain brown paper bags into a festive way to give gifts! We will also be making some fancy gift bows using a few simple supplies.
Mixed Media Christmas/Winter Garlands - Come and create beautiful festive garlands using various supplies which we will provide. These can make great gifts or fun household decorations!

Garden Club
Join us for indoor gardening. Grow houseplants, herbs, microgreens and vegetables that you can enjoy at home.
Learn Together Workshop
This series gives us the opportunity to learn about pieces of history we may be unfamiliar with as well as learn different skills, if desired. Monday Movies
Come and enjoy a festive Christmas movie to celebrate the holiday season and feel free to bring your gifts along to get some Christmas wrapping done too! Giftwrap and tape is provided along with refreshments. This month’s movies include White Christmas (December 1), It’s A Wonderful Life (December 8), Four Christmases (December 15), Elf (December 22).

SMART Gentle Exercise Program
Community Care Concepts invites you to attend a FREE 45 minute gentle exercise class for seniors, to aid in the daily tasks of stretching, lifting and reaching. Each class has a capacity of 25 participants on a first come, first served basis.
Scrapbooking
Bring your scrapbooks and have a ball scrapbooking with friends new and old! We have plenty of supplies so bring your books and pictures and come here for the rest.
