Wilmot Council Considers First Local MZO Application

After hearing from Cachet Developments and 14 other delegations about an application for a Ministers Zoning Order (MZO) related to land between Baden and New Hamburg, Council voted to take time to better understand the MZO process and its implications before deciding whether to support the developer’s application.
