Swimming with Santa event returns December 21
On Saturday, December 21, 2024, Santa will don his red trunks as he returns for another swim in the Wilmot Recreation Complex pools.
Swimmers can sign up to join Saint Nick from 10:15 to 11:15 am or 11:15 am to 12:15 pm. Admission for those 17 and under is $20. Adults can pay the regular admission price or bring a non-perishable item for the Wilmot Family Resource Centre. Up to two adults can attend with each child.

The Township of Wilmot has released its draft 2025 budget, and it includes a significant one-time boost to capital infrastructure investments. The increase will fund critical projects like a new fire station in New Hamburg, upgrades to the road network, and improvements to the Wilmot Recreation Complex.

Canada Post has  announced a national strike , effective Nov. 15, 2024.
All incoming and outgoing mail delivery will be impacted.
Payment due dates for property taxes, water bills and parking tickets will not change. Residents are responsible for keeping payments up to date.
