Section of Huron Road to be closed for culvert replacement
Starting the week of August 24, 2026, Huron Road will be closed from Holland Mills Road to Haysville Road for a culvert replacement. The work is expected to take approximately two months.

Wilmot announces 2026 Citizen of the Year Award recipients
After careful consideration of nearly 800 eligible votes, two incredible individuals have emerged as the winners of the 2026 Citizen of the Year awards. Kristy Chambers was chosen in the Community Services category, while Shirley Mennel received the most votes in the Seniors category.

Part of Puddicombe Road to be closed for culvert replacement
A section of Puddicombe Road south of Bridge Street will be closed for three weeks for the replacement of a nearby culvert. The work is expected to get underway on or around September 14, 2026.
