On Monday, February 10, 2020, Council accepted draft amendments to the Procedural By-law for discussion and comment from the public on February 24, 2020. A notice with details of how and when the public can comment on the draft amendments has been attached along with a copy of draft Procedural By-law.

What is a Procedural By-law? It is a set of rules and principles approved by Council that govern how Council and Committee meetings should be conducted and governed.
