Development Charges

Development charges are collected to fund the expansion of municipal services and infrastructure into new neighbourhoods. Review the Development Charges By-law, Development Charges Background Study and the Development Charges Act for more information.

Rates

The Township's Development Charges are adjusted annually. The rates listed below are effective December 1, 2025 to December 1, 2026.

Annual Reporting
