The Township issues two tax bills per year (Interim and Final). Both of these bills have two instalments.
Property owners should receive their tax bills no later than of 21 days prior to the first instalment due date. Please see the below section for the Township's tax due dates.

If you have not received your tax bill three weeks prior to your first instalment due date please contact Financial Services as soon as possible.
Your tax dollars go towards the Township, Region of Waterloo and School Boards. Out of every dollar collected by the Township $0.28 is retained while $0.56 goes to the Region of Waterloo while the remaining $0.16 goes towards the School Boards.

In accordance with By-law 2012-04, as amended, the Township requires $5.00 for a copy of a tax bill (each) and $5.00 for a Statement of Account (per each calendar year of account activity). Payment must be received before these are released.
