Snow event declared

All on street parking banned

The Township of Wilmot has declared a snow event beginning at 2:00 p.m. on January 15, 2026.

All on street parking is prohibited during a snow event to allow plows to clear roads safely and efficiently.

Vehicles parked on the street during the snow event may be ticketed and/or towed.

The following programs are cancelled on January 15, 2026 due to inclement weather:

All programs hosted in the Active Living Centre by Community Care Concepts

FUNdamental Fitness 55+

All morning swimming lessons

Chair Yoga

Pickleball at the St. Agatha Community Centre

The following aquatics and recreation programs hosted at the Wilmot Recreation Complex and St. Agatha Community Centre have been cancelled today due to inclement weather.

Wilmot Recreation Complex cancellations

  • All Active Living Centre programs offered by Community Care Concepts. The Active Living Centre is closed.
  • FUNdamental Fitness 55+
  • All morning swimming lessons
  • Chair Yoga

St. Agatha Community Centre cancellations

  • Pickleball

Staff continue to monitor weather conditions and will provide updates to the Township website and Facebook page should additional cancellations be required.
