On May 2, 2026 art students from Waterloo-Oxford District Secondary School had an exciting opening of their art show, Artistic Expressions of WODSS: A Juried Art Show at Castle Kilbride.

Residents can explore the rich history of Wilmot’s fire service at this year’s Heritage Day event, happening on February 21, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the New Dundee Community Centre.

The Township of Wilmot administrative offices on 60 Snyder’s Rd. W. will be closed on Labour Day, Monday, Sept. 2, reopening on Tuesday, Sept. 3 at 8:30 a.m.
