Members of Wilmot Township Council will participate in a Special Meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. to consider a report regarding the 2026 debenture issuance and the associated Debenture Issuance By-Law, as well as a by-law to appoint a Treasurer. 

Members of Wilmot Township Council will participate in a Special Meeting on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. to consider a report regarding the new Development Charge Reduction Program. 

Wilmot residents are invited to share ideas and priorities for the 2026 municipal budget at a Special Council Meeting, happening on November 10, 2025 at 7 pm.

Residents are invited to attend a second public workshop about the Township's new Official Plan on October 22, 2025, at the Wilmot Recreation Complex (second floor Community Centre). 

Municipalities across Waterloo Region are working together to create consistent best practice standards for new residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional developments.
