Report a Service Issue

Use our Report a Problem form to notify staff of any concerns about Township services or issues happening on municipal property.

This form is not monitored 24/7. Staff will respond during regular business hours.

Urgent after hours and weekend concerns about noise, parking and other regulatory by-laws should be called into the Waterloo Regional Police Service.

Submit a Complaint

If you have reported a service issue and feel your concerns were not dealt with appropriately or efficiently, we encourage you to submit a formal complaint. 

All complaints will be dealt with in a confidential manner according to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act

You can submit a complaint using our Complaint Intake Form. If completed online, this form will be automatically submitted to the Township. You can also print the form and submit it by mail or in person at the Township Administration Complex.
