Procurement by-law
Our Procurement by-law sets out the rules for Township purchases. It helps ensure value for taxpayers, protects the Township’s financial interests, and supports competitive bidding in accordance with applicable treaties and trade agreements.
Competitive bids
The procurement process depends on the estimated value of the contract. Formal competitive bid opportunities are posted on our Bids and Tenders website.
Invoicing and payment
All invoices submitted to the Township must include the purchase order (PO) number and be sent directly to payables@wilmot.ca for processing.
