Township of Wilmot recruiting Election Officials
The Township of Wilmot is recruiting Election Officials to support voting locations on Election Day (Monday, October 26, 2026).
Election Officials play an important role in supporting a fair, accessible and efficient election by assisting voters and helping voting locations operate smoothly.
Paid positions are available for:
- Deputy Returning Officer (DRO)
- Ballot Box Manager
- Kiosk Election Assistant
- Greeter
Volunteer opportunities are also available for Greeters, including students looking to complete community involvement hours.
Applicants must be available to attend one mandatory training session in early October and meet the eligibility requirements for appointment as an Election Official.
