Wilmot announces 2026 Citizen of the Year Award recipients

Each year, the Township of Wilmot proudly recognizes residents who make outstanding contributions to the community through the Citizen of the Year awards.

Eleven residents were nominated in 2026; eight in the Community Service category and three in the Seniors category. Nearly 800 eligible votes were received for this year’s nominees, and two incredible individuals emerged as the winners.
