The Active Living Centre is a gathering place for older adults (ages 55+). The facility is operated by the Township of Wilmot's Facilities and Recreation Services Department.
The facility features a billiards area, lounge area, gaming area, lending library and offers a variety of activities to help you live a healthy and active lifestyle!

SMART Gentle Exercise Program |
This FREE exercise program is designed for the practice of daily tasks from reaching to the top shelf to bending down to tie your shoes for stretching, lifting and reaching, and helps maintain balance and coordination.
Offered Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
This course is run by training staff from Community Care Concepts. |
Track your Trails |
Join us for a weekly walking club on Wednesday afternoons from 2:15 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. We will utilize the indoor walking track for individual walking as well as the Schmidt Trails behind the Wilmot Recreation Complex. |

Join us for drop-in Billiard's play, on Mondays & Fridays 9:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Wednesdays 1:00pm to 3:45 p.m. and Thursdays 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
